Caverns

This work explores the symbolic relationship between caves and the subconscious mind. I treat the cave not just as a physical space but as a metaphor for the psyche, an inner landscape where truth is not always illuminated but rather felt through texture, echo and silence. My palette is often muted, earthen and mineral-built in layers like sediment and memories. By merging biomorphic abstraction with the symbolism of the cave I hope to transport the viewer into their own subterranean space, to dwell in ambiguity and discover what lies beneath the surface.
